When Life Feels Out Of Control, Remember This...

Sometimes life takes turns we didn’t expect—painful ones. People betray us. Plans fall apart. The path gets dark and confusing. In those moments, it’s tempting to wonder, Where is God in all of this?

The story of Joseph in Genesis 50 reminds us that God is never absent—He’s always working, even when we can’t see it. Joseph experienced rejection, slavery, and injustice, but he looked back and saw God’s hand in all of it. What others meant to harm him, God used to bless not only Joseph, but countless others.

That’s the power of God's perspective. While we focus on what’s right in front of us, He sees the whole picture. He’s not just fixing today’s problems—He’s preparing something far greater for tomorrow.

Maybe what you’re facing isn’t good right now. But that doesn’t mean God has stopped being good. The delay, the difficulty, the detour—it may be the very thing God is using to position you for what’s next.

You don’t have to understand everything to trust Him in anything. Keep going. Keep believing. Your story isn’t over—and the God who’s writing it is faithful, wise, and good through it all.
